           Dear Governments around the world,
          The population of the world amounts to about 6,662 million people, about 4,000 million people are agriculturists.
The poverty problem has been besieged to people who are agriculturists, so the poverty problem causes the economy of each
country to be affected. The reasons for poverty is partly due because the fact that the human race has consumed natural
resources far to wastefully such as a lot of people invading and destroying the forests so it contributed to the problem of
global warming, the forests have been destroyed by chemical substance, so some useful microbes decomposed after they
are destroyed and this is the reason of deterioration of soil. When soil is deteriorated, it is causes problems for those who
are agriculturists.

These are brief causes of poverty

1. The microbe has been proved that it is an excellent microbe for human being and living being in the world
   Because of the microbes’ role they can produce everything in the world.
2. Different natural resources that microbes produced for human being use such as petroleum, minerals, and forests,
   all of them are important things for the living of human being around the world.
3. Mankind has produced many useful produces for our lives  such as   rice, sugar cane, Para rubber, plant,
   vegetable, fruit and compound plants such as coffee + herb and different medicine produced from microbes.
   Some medicine produced from natural resources. Referring to soil, soil around the world continues to deteriorate
   very much and when soil is deteriorated and most of forests were invaded, the agriculturist around the world
   more than 4,000 million people, do not have enough revenue to succor their family. When this happens,
   they enter the industry.

After that the Industries are depressed because a lot of products that are produced, nobody will buy them.
This is a major cause of depressed economy around the world. Therefore the real cause of depressed economy
comes from deteriorated soil. In the former times most people earned their living from agriculture.
For example plants that human being need are:

1. Rice and growing rice in the past required the initial investment of land about 120 rice buckets per 1 Rai,
   but in the present, the products can be produced 40 rice buckets per 1 Rai.
2. Sugar cane is produced into sugar, but at present, it is used to produce Sohol Gas after initial growing i
   nvestment of land is produced 30 tons per 1 Rai, but at   present, it can be produce 8 tons per 1 Rai.
3. Corn after the initial growing investment of land produced 1,000 kgs. Per 1 Rai, but at present, only
   300 – 400 kgs. Per 1 Rai can be produced.
4. Tapioca and every kind of tuber products are less than former products 200% after deteriorated soil.
5. After soil deteriorated, soybean and every kind of bean has the same problem is production  decreased from  200 – 300%
6. Plant and vegetable species decrease 200 – 300% and they are still supported by more chemical substance that it is frightening.
7. Every species of fruit has the same problem and they are tasteless because they were supported by too much
   quality which is not standardized Insects and diseases can destroy them.

to offer fertilizer for every government Around the world up to the amount 20 tons for each country.

2. Direction for using with rubber tree
   

   You put it on the first land supporting amount to one handful of fertilizer, you put on the first land supporting
   Amount to two handfuls of fertilizer for rubber tree aged 6 months, you put on the first land supporting amount to three
   handfuls of fertilizer for rubber tree aged 1 year, you put on the first land supporting amount to four handfuls for each
   rubber tree and rubber tree aged 2-3 years, you put on the first land supporting amount to five handfuls for each rubber tree
   and rubber tree aged 5-6 years, you put on the first land supporting amount to 800 grams through 1 kilogram for each
   rubber tree and rubber tree aged 7-12 years, you put on the first land supporting amount to 2 kilograms for each rubber tree

             You can use this fertilizer only or join with half of chemical fertilizer and half of this fertilizer; you decrease

3. Direction for using with fruit
   

   Every kind of fruit such as cocoa, durian, longan, every kind of orange or other fruits. It is according to size of the fruit bush,
   you put on the first land supporting amount to three handfuls for each fruit tree and fruit tree aged 1 year, you put on the
   first land supporting amount to 500 grams for each fruit tree and fruit tree aged 2-3 years, you put on the first land supporting
   amount to 1-2 kilograms for each fruit tree and fruit tree aged 4 years up, you put on the first land supporting amount 3-5 kilograms

   Rice, corn, sugar cane, every kind of bean, every kind of tuber, every kind of vegetable, every kind of flowering – plant
   and every kind of decorative plant have direction for using in the followings :
             You can use it join with chemical fertilizer. For using this fertilizer the first period appeared that soil deteriorated
   a lot without earthworm, hardened soil and depressed products.
             You can use this fertilizer 50 kilograms for 1 Rai and you can join it with chemical fertilizer such as if it can urge stem,
   it can be used with chemical fertilizer 46 – 0 – 0 . If it can urge root, tuber, fruit, it can used with chemical fertilizer 46 – 0 – 0
   and chemical fertilizer 18 – 46 – 0 and chemical fertilizer 0 – 0 – 60 but you should decrease chemical fertilizer 60%, you use
   only 40% and then you use supplemental elements + substance for feeding earthworm and microbe (H₄SiO₄), the products
   will increase – time, there will be a lot of earthworms, crumbly soil, deteriorated soil will be changed into abundant and standard soil.
   Soil will be abundant the same as initial growing investment of land.

Natural resources are wasted by most people around the world. These are examples of what we can produce to replace waste

At the beginning of growing rice, the farmers will got rice 120 pails per 1 Rai, the farmers have never used any kind of chemical
substance. 5 – 6 years later, soil began to deteriorate, it began to deteriorate mineral, the agriculturists begin to use chemical fertilizer
such as NPK Fertilizer and after 10 years of nourishment the soil began to deteriorate so much that the animals on the surface began
to vanish, useful microbes vanished but dangerous microbe replaced them.
   Soil has a normal quality, it has pH 7 and after that it becomes to acid. Using too many chemical fertilizers causes nitrate.
When the plants have a lot of nitrate in fiber, the insects like them, so the insects destroy them, germs likes them and destroys them.

          These are causes of deteriorated soil that we know about.  When soil becomes deteriorated, many people suffer poverty suddenly.
In the past, soil was abundant, Thai agriculturists could live and work by themselves. After that the yields began to decrease, they sought
and looked for other ways to solve the problem and in the mean time they incurred debt to continue to plough their fields. Normally,
the agriculturists got yields 120 rice buckets per 1 Rai, so they got a healthy profit from that the yield. After that the yield decreased
continuously till they got only 40 rice buckets per 1 Rai. They needed to look raise the price or rice, but it took too long which
was not good.Their children went out to look for work to pay their families debt. “In the Past, the agriculturists supported
industries after that industries supported the agriculturists, but in the present, agriculture and industries are managed together,
so King Rama 9 said the “If soil is abundant,the agriculturists will have a good standard of living”. The king knew about it in advance
and he prepared complete data that in the future, the agriculturists will have problems, so he advised his people that they should
grow elephant grass to make organic fertilizer for using by them and live economically.

 

Hereby the governments around the world will have to solve the poverty problem .Methods to solve the problem promptly in the followings:

1. The government should supply funds to the agriculturists to restore deteriorated soil, shriveled soil to become lively soil.

2. After soil becomes abundant, the government should supply funds for their investment first to increase the yields of plant,
   vegetable and every kind of product related to human life and food will be cheaper.
3. When the yields are cheaper, the agriculturists will get more profit such as the yields increase because of abundance from soil,
   the agriculturists will not be poor. For example if rice is grown in deteriorated soil, it is produces 40 rice buckets per 1 Rai.
   After soil had been restored into abundant soil the same as forest, rice produced 120 rice buckets per 1 Rai, the yields
   increased 3 time, 40 rice buckets of rice per ton 12,000 baht, rice per kilogram 12 baht, so the agriculturists can get profit
   only 4,800 baht per 1 Rai, but if the yields can increase 120 rice buckets of rice per 1 Rai. Although the agriculturists will sell rice
   6,000 baht per ton or 6 baht per kilogram that it is 100% cheaper and if they can sell rice 7,200 baht per 1 Rai, they will receive
   an increase of income, 2,400 baht per 1 Rai, and they grow rice 2 times, rice field soil 1 Rai can make profit for them 4,800 baht
   per 1 Rai, 50 if they have 50 million Rai, they will get money from rice field soil 240,000 million baht per year.
4. When the yields of rice, plant and every kind of fruit increase but the price is cheap and the cost of living is also cheap, so life
   for the agriculturists will be better because most people in the world 4,000 million people are agriculturists and if the
   governments around the world will implement it promptly they will improve deteriorated soil to benefit all.

          Do you know how many people there are in the world? At present, the population around the world is @ 6,662 million people.
The Country that has the most population is China, the second country is India and the third country is America. There are 228 countries
in the world. The Country with the least population is Gorlong, there is a population of only 7,026 people. Thailand is the 20th in the world.
Do you know what the important variables are when human being was born in the world; the important variables of human being are in the
followings:
          Series 1st  Microbes are called “Microbes build globe, so the roles of microbes is very important, they are very important to make
a living for the  human being and living being in the world.

around the world? The main cause is that almost 4,000 million people are agriculturists and industrials, so the main
Resource is soil and when the quality of soil is deteriorated, so these people have no income.
          Deteriorated soil is the result of human beings destroying natural resource such as a lot of people invading the forests;
they cut away the forests, burn the forests and prepare growing plant, fruit and vegetable for agriculture. After elements of soil
had decreased and deteriorated, agriculturists supported them by chemical substance. Chemical substance will destroy useful microbes.
Soil without microbes is called “shriveled soil or deteriorated soil”
          When soil is deteriorated, products of every kind of fruit decrease and worsen such as products of sugar canes have even
gotten 30 ton per 1 Rai after soil deteriorated, products decreased to 8-10 tons per 1 Rai or every kind of plants, fruit and vegetables
decreased 100-200%. Mostly, when a lot of people don’t get income from agriculture, they turn to industry for example, Thailand was
experienced an economic depression in 1973. I remembered that it was the first problem and later
Thailand faced the second problem, 12 years later Thailand faced the problem in 1985 and it was serious problem again in 1997.
It was the twelfth anniversary and happened again 12 years later. Thailand had the most serious problem in 2009. Depressed
economy problem happened around the world and it is the twelfth anniversary, it happens the 1st time from 1973 – 2009.
We had problems 4 times in 1973, 1985, 1997 and 2009.

            For Thailand in 1973, agriculture still gave products from growing plants, fruit and vegetables because there were as lot of
forests for initial growing, so the agriculturists could get more and more products from them. Every time the agriculturists invaded the
forests, they had income to help industrial, in 1985 the agriculturists could handle with great care both agriculture and industrial, in 1997
agriculture thumbed, the agriculturists turned to manage it with industry, they could handle with great care, but in 2009 both agriculture
and industries went into depression. “Both of them depressed” mean agriculture had been depressed for a long time
          And today industry is in depression completely because the agriculturists can produce the products of plant, fruit and vegetables,
but people cannot buy them because people around the world don’t have money to buy them, then they will try to get credit from others.
Finally, they must turn to get a favor from the angel of the earth is “Soil”.
          Therefore, the King Rama 9 said that “Abundant soil, agriculturists will have a good standard of living” Thai people should
economize everything. He is the same as god really; he knew the matter in advance really. Henceforth the agriculturists will have
to know how they should support their families and country survival. This is only method to solve the problem and that is soil resource
deteriorated will be improved to be abundant soil again. Microbes are supported to be food of animals on soil surface such as earthworms
will support necessary elements for soil; it is called Revive soil to produce plants, fruit and vegetables to be food for human beings.
When the most of people have a good standard of living, industrious will be better when industrious is better, economy around the
world will be better. This is a short explanation, but it is within reason.

    After the agriculturists have mixed fertilizer by mixing all primary fertilizers in accordance with formula, they will get complete

still use complete formula fertilizers continuously, soil will waste such as soil will be acid, hard soil, soil without elements, earthworms
and microbes. Therefore the agriculturists who mixed fertilizers by themselves for using, they should mix grain silicon acid and
primary fertilizers. When the agriculturists used the fertilizers that they mixed, the yields will increase 1-2 time.
The agriculturists will have to add silicon acid 100 kilograms, for example Fertilizer Formula 16-20-0 used N urea formula 46-0-0 18
kilograms, for each kilogram 15 baht, amount to 270 baht, P formula 18-46-0 44 kilograms, for each kilogram 28 kilograms,
amount to 1, 232 baht and grain silicon acid 38 kilograms, for each kilogram 10 baht, amount to 380 baht, all of them
amount to 100 kilograms, they equal amount of capital

          

When the fertilizers are finished, it amounts to 1,882 baht per 100 kilograms or for each sack 50 kilograms, for each sack
941 baht or each ton 18,820 baht, 1 ton per 20 sacks.
          This is calculation that the agriculturists can understand the capital involved, but the fertilizers that they mixed
will be complete fertilizer
formula 100% and mixture is not clay but it is silicon acid. It will support better efficiency and increase yields and preserve
soil with every kind of elements. It can increase every kind of elements for debasing soil, as lot of earthworms and microbes.
          After the agriculturists have finished mixing, they should not use it because the complete fertilizer 100% has too
much chemical substance,they will have to mix with silicon acid 100 kilograms, 100 x 10 = 1,000 baht, total capitals after
the fertilizer has finished mixing amount to 2,882 baht per 200 kilograms, for each kilogram 14.41 baht when it is multiplied
by 50 kilograms, the agriculturists will charge fertilizer formula 16-20-0 include elements, for each Sack 720 baht.
It is cheap; a sack of fertilizer costs 720 baht or each ton 14,410 baht only. When the agriculturists used this fertilizer,
what will they get?

1. Cherry shell died.

decreased continuously till they got only 40 rice buckets per 1 Rai. They needed to look raise the price or rice, but it took too long
which was not good. Their children went out to look for work to pay their families debt.
“In the Past, the agriculturists supported industries after that industries supported the agriculturists, but in the present, agriculture
and industries are managed together, so King Rama 9 said the “If soil is abundant, the agriculturists will have a good standard of living”.

been restored into abundant soil the same as forest, rice produced 120 rice buckets per 1 Rai, the yields increased 3 time, 40 rice
buckets of rice per ton 12,000 baht, rice per kilogram 12 baht, so the agriculturists can get profit only 4,800 baht per 1 Rai, but if the
yields can increase 120 rice buckets of rice per 1 Rai. Although the agriculturists will sell rice 6,000 baht per ton or 6 baht per kilogram
that it is 100% cheaper and if they can sell rice 7,200 baht per 1 Rai, they will receive an increase of income, 2,400 baht per 1 Rai,
and they grow rice 2 times, rice field soil 1 Rai can make profit for them 4,800 baht per 1 Rai, 50 if they have 50 million Rai, they
will get money from rice field soil 240,000 million baht per year.
          4.  When the yields of rice, plant and every kind of fruit increase but the price is cheap and the cost of living is also cheap,
so life for the agriculturists will be better because most people in the world 4,000 million people are agriculturists and if the
governments around the world will implement it promptly they will improve deteriorated soil to benefit all.
